REVERSE EXCHANGE

Property Holding Fee $700

Leaseback Fee: $750 ($125 per month)

Refund of costs backed up by receipts: $25 per check

OTHER FEES

Our bank charges wire in and wire out fees which will be deducted from exchange funds.

Cancelation of exchange at closing: $250

We charge a $50 rush order fee when we receive the documents we need to prepare exchange documents within 16 business hours of signing.

If no property is acquired or there is excess funds to be refunded at the conclusion of the exchange, there will be charged an unwind fee of $250.00.
